A Study on the Job Satisfactions of the Workers in the Fields of Medical Insurance Computerization of Medical Institutions

Abstract
The aim of this study is to survey the factors about the job satisfactions of the workers in the fields of medical insurance computerization in medical institutions and find the hereafter policies and effective ways to carry out their duties according as patients have increased greatly since the execution of the pan-national medical insurance. I used research method of 540 questionnaires of the workers of medical insurance computerization as the research objects. I computerized the collected materials by using the computerization program of Statistic Analysis System. The research results are as follows. 1. The examiners showed the highest job satisfaction rates in the general characteristics like this : they are 21 to 25 year old unmarried woman who graduate from junior college. They are medical record technicians and their working place and weekly working hours are semi-general hospitals and 44 to 50 hours. They showed the highest rates in one to three yearly careers, in 200% to 400% bonuses and in no answers about yearly salaries. 2. They showed the highest rates in the friendly relationships among companions, and as the commonness in the remaining common items in terms of factors of job satisfactions.
